Krafty Girls "Get in Shape!" challenge #13

Hi everyone! I hope you are having a great week. Mine has been crazy my kids have been in mad moods all week so i haven't been able to do much. http://www.kraftygirls.com is having a challenge to create a shaped card with any theme. Here is my card i made its very simply but will make you smile. 

 Things i used
* wild card cartridge page 52 Doily card fit to page. 
*blue paper if from Mega Cardstock from walmart
*Happy Face is again from wild card cartridge. Page 45 under the icon. I made that 5 inch. I put a scrap black paper behind his eye and put "Glossy accents on them" Then outlined his smile with my Martha Stewart glitter marker "lovebird"
*Too finish it off i did some stitching around the doily.
